Inspire whole schools
Not just the rugby players. Luther can energise assemblies, teaching every child about teamwork, resilience, and self-belief.
Support teachers
Coaching sessions with staff, giving them practical tools they can pass on to all pupils, sporty or not.
Reach daughters as well as sons
Values of rugby (respect, discipline, inclusion) are universal; the benefit is for all young people, regardless of whether they ever pick up a ball.
Build life skills, not just sports skills
Confidence, leadership, and handling setbacks apply to classrooms, careers, and communities.

How it works
Choose any 3 items from Category A and any 3 items from Category B – You can only select those items, or lower, from the band you sponsor eg Higher Bands inherit all lower-band options, plus those in the band category. Pledging allows you to choose where Luther and his team spend their time on Making a difference. All items used within 12 months.
