Our Mission
The No12 Foundation exists to unlock the potential of young people through sport, mentorship and mindset development. Using the core values of rugby, discipline, teamwork and resilience, we equip children aged 12 to 18 from underserved communities with the structure, belief and belonging they need to thrive, both on and off the field.

Why We Exist, The Problem and Our Response
Too many young people in the UK are growing up without the tools, support or belief they need to navigate life’s challenges, and the long-term consequences are devastating.
Over 4.5 million children live in poverty, with many lacking access to basic sports equipment, healthy meals and positive social environments.
We provide free weekly coaching in rugby, football, basketball and cricket for 12 to 18-year-olds, with full kits and nutritional packs to remove financial barriers and create equal access to sport and structured activity.
Only 47 percent of children are physically active enough to support healthy development, while many have little to no exposure to organised sport.
Our sessions embed teamwork, fitness, discipline and resilience through fun and purposeful sport-based experiences, helping children re-engage with physical activity in a way that builds confidence.
One in five children are now living with a probable mental health disorder.
We deliver mentoring and mindset workshops alongside sport to support emotional literacy, self-regulation and mental wellbeing, building inner resilience and a support network young people can trust.
In many areas, role models are absent, and a lack of exposure to real-life opportunities limits belief in what is possible.
We bring lived experience into schools and communities, with relatable leaders and high-impact events that create hope, visibility and inspiration. Through Luther’s own story, young people can see that success is not out of reach.
Poor diet and food insecurity are growing public health concerns.
We distribute nutritional packs and run simple education programmes to help children understand how to fuel their bodies and minds, while addressing hunger and poor eating habits head-on.
